Is There a way that can get my telegram account Back?

My Telegram account is logged out and when i log in to it my sim was deactivated.i ask the help of ISP support center and they say my account is active but not recharge within too many days so they removed my number ownership and i ask them to how to get back?
they say we will tell you when the number available?
my problem is telegram wipe out all data within 1 year (i do not remember default time) if i login before their lease time over?
if i can not get the sim number within one year telegram wipe out my data associated with my account?
if there is a way that can get my account back?
(i can proof to telegram to my ownership)

First: the timeline you feared is wrong

And the clock starts from your last LOGIN — not the day your SIM died. Recall your last login date: that’s your real deadline, and it’s further off than the SIM date suggests.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you: Telegram is cloud-based — your account isn’t welded to that SIM. It lives as a login session on every device you ever signed in on, and the dead number can’t touch those. So the real question isn’t “get the number back” — it’s “is any session still alive?”

DO THIS FIRST (before you touch anything)

Physically open every device you ever ran Telegram on — old phone (even offline on Wi‑Fi), a tablet, any laptop with Telegram Desktop, and especially web.telegram.org in any browser where “keep me signed in” was left on (it survives months). If one is still logged in → that device IS your account.

Do NOT tap “Log out” on any old device — that kills the session server-side. And just opening the app resets the delete-timer.

If ANY session is alive → you’ve already won (no SMS ever needed)
