I have telegram in my lap and phone.also my number is active.but when i try to login to telegram using my new phone number it asks my email (also i on 2 step verification using my email address) which i add to recovery.after i add it it ask me my country has higher sms fee so get week membership for going forward?
what the hell i do now?
